The operations of the company are overseen by a seasoned professional, Muhammad Nazrul Islam FCMA, ACMA, CGMA (UK), who serves as the Managing Director and CEO. Before joining Sandhani Life Finance Limited, he held the position of Managing Director and CEO at Alliance Financial Services Limited (AFSL). During his tenure, AFSL successfully completed the listing procedures for 11 companies, including one that was listed under the Book Building Method. These listings collectively raised BDT 7,564.52 million in funds, with most of these companies now recognized as blue-chip stocks on the bourses. Additionally, under his guidance, BDT 18,583.25 million in private capital was raised through various capital raising efforts for 25 different companies.

Muhammad Nazrul Islam is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK.
