Muhammad Nazrul Islam FCMA, ACMA, CGMA (UK)
The operation of the company is led by a professional Muhammad Nazrul Islam FCMA, ACMA, CGMA (UK) as the Managing Director and CEO of the company. Prior to joining Sandhani Life Finance Limited, he was the Managing Director and CEO of Alliance Financial Services Limited (AFSL).
Under his dynamic supervision, AFSL has completed listing procedure of 11 companies, among which one was listed under Book Building Method. An aggregate amount of BDT 7,564.52 million of funds was raised through these 11 issues. Most of them now are trading in the bourses as blue chips. In addition, a total amount of BDT 18,583.25 million of private capital was raised by his supervision through various capital raising attempts from twenty-five different companies during this span of time. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). In 2016 he has qualified as CMA from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK. He is also acting as Finance Director of City University.
Md.Foisal Hossain
Md.Foisal Hossain joined Sandhani Life Finance Limited in July 2024 as a Company Secretary and Issue Management & Corporate Advisory He has around 7 Years of working experience in this field. Md. Foisal Hossain has completed his BBA from Bangladesh Islami University and Masters of Tax Management from Dhaka University in and now pursuing Chartered Accountancy from ICAB (Completed 500 Marks out of 1700). He has hardworking and excellent communication skilled at drafting report and business correspondence managing mail and exceptional leadership skilled. He has practical knowledge of preparation of Company Financial Statement as per IAS, IFRS. He has Practical knowledge of Capital raise, Initial Public Offering (IPO), company registration he has also experience of RJSC related all of works like new company registration. Knowledge of relevant laws like Companies Act, BSEC rules & regulations, Stock Exchanges rules & Regulations, VAT, Tax, etc. Md.Foisal Hossain supports the board of directors by arranging and preparing board meetings, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, advising on corporate governance matters, facilitating communication between board members, and assisting in the implementation of board decisions.
Md. Mosharraf Hossain
Md. Mosharraf Hossain joined Sandhani Life Finance Limited in November 2019 as a Deputy Manager in the Issue Management Department. He has around 6 Years of working experience with Confidence Group in the Finance & Accounts Department. Mr. Md. Mosharraf Hossain has completed his BBS and MBS from Jagannath University in Accounting with good academic results and now pursuing Chartered Accountancy from ICAB (Completed 1400 Marks out of 1700).
Ashok Kumar Biswas
Mr. Ashok kumar biswas joined Sandhani Life Finance Limited since January 2013. He started his career at various positions at Sandhani Life Insurance Company & Mona Financial Consultancy & securities Ltd. Since 2008. He has long experience in our Capital Market. Mr. Ashok Kumar Biswas has completed Graduation from National University.
